You wanna know why no one has posted to this thread yet? They're all scared. It's sad, really.
The only game I have here is zelda, and the only time I played multiplayer I got my ass handed to me, which I didn't care for.
No tetris? No metroid prime? Animal crossing?

Uhm, I guess I need some additional hardware to go online with the DS?

Not necessarily. The DS is wifi ready, so as long as you have a wireless network set up you should be good to go.
If not, you can purchase a wifi adaptor

I have Cooking Mama, Star Wars Complete Saga, Trauma Center: Under the Knife and The Price is Right - I dont know if any of those are compatible with that stuff. I may pick up Zelda once finances are a bit more secure.

Zelda was good stuff on the DS.
Did anyone here play (and like) castlevania: dawn of sorrow? I SHOULD love that game, but for some reason it is just too boring.

I played it; and actually it was the very first Castlevania that I really enjoyed! :D
On the other hand Zelda was so boring to me, with such annoying touchscreen controls that I let stopped playing on the next island right after you get the boat.

The first, you say? Did you play Symphony of the Night?

Yes, a bit, but it did not quite make me go crazy about it....but seeing that itīs like 10 years ago I should give it another try; might as well be my gaming taste that has changed.

I don't want to bore you with a complete castlevania retrospective, so I'll make this quick:
SOTN revolutionized the castlevania series and was such a huge success that just about every subsequent castlevania game has mimicked its formula. I enjoyed all three of the GBA games, which each tried to mimic SOTN's design with varying levels of success. Dawn of sorrow is probably the closest I've seen any of them come to matching the original, and yet I liked it the least.
Long story short, if you like Dawn of Sorrow I'm just about positive you'd like Symphony if you gave it another chance.
