S-video with the 32X?

I don't think so. The 32X doesn't have an S-video out, if I recall. I'm not entirely sure though.

I'm not sure, but I think I read something about a month ago in the digital press forums about how it was possible. I'll have a look tomorrow to see if I can find the thread.
