Anyone got 'em? Specifically invincibility style ones? This is one tough game, and that last boss is just too much for me.

Knowing the pattern is one thing, getting Headdy to follow my commands is another. Not there yet.

As a hudge Dynamite Headdy's fan, I would be agree, but...if he is at the final boss, perhaps there may be an exception.

NO!, you CAN defeat the final boss without pushing yourself. I won't tell you how but all I'm gonna say is that the head power that turns you small is your best friend in that battle.

I know. But I meant, to cheat at the final boss doesn't spoil anything.
Of course, for his own satisfaction, it is better to play fair and square.

A few tips:

1. Check what colour the light in the crystal ball of the final boss is (by pressing start a lot until the colour is "picked"), and learn what colour does what attack, pick the appropriate head for each attack (small Headdy for the crushing roof for example). Then you should be able to beat him.
2. The hammer head is really useful, as it does huge damage.
3. If none of the above doesn't work, try the Japanese version which is easier due to Headdy being able to take more hits in it.

Yes, I did it.
Now do it on Hard = 1 hit kills.


My game genie does not work with these codes. It just goes black after entering them and pressing start. It works with all other games so WTF???? Genie codes might be region specific. Gio and Zebbe belong to PAL land.
Another tack would be to disregard Zebbe's advice and play more defensively. = (1) Always take the shrink head when available. (2) Avoid the hammer head because it's the worst for combating the boss's release of flying pumpkins/fireballs/heads (whatever they are); the triple head, force field head, and spark shooting head are much better.

I was hoping there was be a Game Genie code to turn the game into the JP version, but that's just wishful thinking since, if I remember correctly, the US version plays with no changes with the system set to JP mode.

Eliminate DownThat's one finely tuned game, definitely one of the two or three fairest shooters I've played. You'll best it.

My game genie works with every game flawlessly except Dj. If I plug it into my 32X it over heats and freezes
