Blue Almanac/Star Odyssey - did this ever get dumped?

Remember when that DRX guy hit the motherload of Sega betas a year or so ago? Well, included in that package was an unreleased English translation of the Japanese Megadrive RPG Blue Almanac (renamed Star Odyssey for the US release). Was this ever made publically available? As far as I can tell it'd just be a matter of hosting the ROM somewhere, has there ever been an explanation as to why it hasn't been made public? Or has it been released and I just need to pay attention?

I'd also like to see that game rom released some day. I remember actually waiting for Sage's Creation to release that game back in the day. I shall never forgive them for that. Them, Taito for not releasing Lufia and Treco for not releasing Dando.

Well that sucks. Considering he had like 30k ROMs or something and so few have been released I guess he was forced to sell.
