this is pretty big, but worth a watch. From FORS YARD, one of the links on this site.

That video was.. decent. Watching whoever was playing those games bungle their way through most of them was almost a little embarassing.

Now, there is one thing I have seen that I really want to be done with some of the games Sega has made.
Time attacks.
It would be fun to see what can be done. Heck, I've watched videos of people completing long games in MINUTES. I wonder if it's possible for anyone here to do that with any of the games they've got.

if you're into emulated and/or tool-based speedruns, it's not hard to find on the net.

That much is true, but it would be nice to see how fast people on the forum could complete a particular game. It would almost be like a competition. :)

The Metroid series is particularily infamous for it's speed run subculture and the world record runs are astounding. I've never been into speed running personally, too much pressure. It does add replayability to some games though.

There's no size limit per se, but I just want to be considerate for those still on dial up. :)

The video was extremely slow paced and had sloppy editing. The soundtrack usually didn't fit the action. I like the idea, it was just poorly executed.

Good video. Quality is good and has many clips of Sega games from Master System to Dreamcast.
