which is better of the two Vectorman games? do either let you save your progress or let you replay levels?

The original is better but not by a whole lot, if only because fighting machines and robots is cooler than giant bugs because the second game is basically just more of the same from the first game. Neither let you save your progress, you've got to sit down and play the whole game at once if you want to beat it. Old school style.

They're both dirt cheap very common anyway so there's no reason not to grab both. If you like one you'll like the other.

quick question - i know i've read you can save your progress in Sonic 3 and replay levels, kinda like Yoshi's Island. Are there any other games like this on the genesis?

The first is definitely better, as it has much tighter and more varied level design. Vectorman 2's level design is to make every idea for a level into two levels.

ary incorparated
