How is Thunder Fox?

I saw it on Ebay and was wondering whether it was worth picking up? Is it at least a decent title or does it just plain suck? The reason I ask is that I can't find one review of this game and there are no videos of it on youtube. Thanks.

If you got a PS2 the arcade game is on one of the Taito compiliations. You should be able to pick it up for under $20.

The Arcade version is an excellent.

The Genesis version is just "OK". A lot of things were removed in the port; vehicles, certain weapons, stages (in the arcade version there is a shoot em' up section), background detail and most importantly two player mode.

I agree with everyone's assessments of the game. It's thoroughly mediocre, and while fun for a while, I wouldn't buy it unless I had some extra cash and stumbled upon a complete copy that was really cheap.

ThunderFox for Arcade is a great game.

ThunderFox for the Genesis is a passable side scrolling action game. I just bought it recently because of nostalgic purposes. If you could find it cheap I would say go for it. The main character's sprite design is pretty ugly but the gameplay is solid.
