Hellfire- Worth a purchase?

Been reading up about it, on Sega-16 as well as on other places. Sounds like it's incrediably difficult, but still a very worthwhile puchase.

Can anyone give me some insight into the game and if so, can anyone recommend me buying it? Is it worth the purchase?
