Question about Voltage(ie import consoles)

I'm thinking about getting a Japanese PC-Engine Duo, I know there are voltage issues with import consoles. Is there any type of Converter that I can buy or could I use a US AC Adapter?

A US A/C Adapter should work fine. the A/C adapter on mine says 10V
