Hello, I have a TV show idea based on us the gamers. I know games have not translated very well into movies but I think a show based on gamers is something we can all relate too. This very premise (if well written) could result in a show that will be viewable (Fifteen minute show).
Because maybe we went through it or just found it funny on the things we do for games.. The shoe revolves around two friends that have grown up together and are now roommates and one works at a video game store and the other in a business environment.
Here are some examples of the show.
Episode 1: The journey.
The roommates find that very rare game that they have been looking for; for over ten years. The drive from Chicago to Iowa City is more then just a journey but a realization of what this game means two both.
Episode 2: The training.
One of the roommates trains for two weeks to compete in the Street fighter tournament held in the nearby store but his first challenger is would not be a little feat to beat.
Overall, is this something I should proceed, rework, or don’t even bother?
