The only ones that come to mind are NES Batman and Ninja Gaiden and for the Genesis I guess Sunset Riders, the intro to Eternal Champions, and all the music in Bloodlines.

click on the star below the users name, next to (right side) embed. Uncheck the video box and leave the other box below it checked. Right click on the embed box and then select copy. Paste it in your post and mark it just like you would a quote, but replace the word quote with music.

Here's a way everyone can understand K.K.

To the right-hand side of each youtube video, you'll find the words "URL" and "Embed" underneath the user's name. Double (left) click on the box next to "Embed" and copy its contents (by right clicking once). Then come back to your post and right click to paste the "Embedded" contents you've copied (by right clicking once).

Example of embedded content:

If you want just an image from a specified URL then add in the beginning and at the end. (Don't forget the brackets!)

But truth be told, I enjoyed the arcade version of Turbo OutRun. Shake the Street is a brilliant tune to hear when you're screaming through the New York streets, your girlfriend's in your car and it's the final stretch before the FINISH sign. It's no Magical Sound Shower, but it's the rougher, more misunderstood cousin of the family. Or something.

Streets of Rage 1 - The entire soundtrack was just epic. This is easily one of the top soundtracks for any game, any era.

Sonic 1 - Loved every single song on here.

I dont care what anyone says....SoR 1 has a soundtrack that the other 2 just cant come close to touching....The best songs in SoR2 are the remixes from the first (minus the first level which is the only great original song in the game).

I recreated Star Light Zone's music a few years back to test a mic I'd borrowed. If you sample yourself saying 'buh' a few times and shift the pitch, you've got the intro, and if you do the same with 'doo' you've got the melody. It got to the point where I was obsessively fiddling with multi-layering for the harmonies instead of doing more normal activities like sleeping.

Thrilling stuff.

(...i still prefer spring yard's bass-and-clap sound. aww yeah.)
