Status of posting ROM hacks on the forum

I am unsure on how I would distribute a ROM hack on this forum if I was to make a topic on it.

The hack is a hack of the video game 'Shining Force', titled 'Shining Difficulty'.

I am unsure if I am to distribute it via the IPS format or in the raw ROM format.:daze:
