Anyone else think this is a fun, unique little game? It has some flaws, but the strategy is pretty neat.
I find it funny that the Master System version in the UK is one of the most uncommon SMS games and the fact that you will find ten box/cart copies for every complete copy. Does everyone eat their Home Alone manuals?

I'm watching that on TBS right now. =P
"Does everyone eat their Home Alone manuals?"
No, but little kids trash them when they get them on Christmas morning in the early nineties.
I was really surprised at how playable the Genesis game was. Definitely not your typical licensed trash.

It was a definately better than the trash they pushed onto the NES. I unfortunately had that one as a kid.

The Game Boy version of Home Alone 1 and 2 are both like some form of psychological assault. (PROTIP: In Home Alone 2 for GB, you can make Kevin and the Pigeon Lady give the nazi salute to a ladder.) Creepy. I will say though, powersliding through hotel staff and shooting the elderly was pretty hardcore for the early 90s. You also had the bellhop trying to molest you, and a murderous crew of hotel personnel after you. There's also a strangler in one of the rooms who is able to levitate 10 feet straight into the air if you touch the chalupa on the floor he is guarding. This is truly an intricate game with many facets we cannot yet fully understand.
