No, Nightmare Circus isn't one, but the game will give you nightmares because it is awful.

I believe there is a wrestling game that allows you to fight against a clown.

Batman Returns is another choice
Streets of Rage 1 let's you fight a clown juggling axes or torches sometimes...

May I ask why you want to fight clowns so bad?
He can't sleep, clowns will eat him...

You can almost hear him breathing under your bed...!
If you want to tease your clown-kill instinct, play a bit of Krusty's Super Funhouse. That'll fill you with extra clown rage.
Channel that into Ballz, which entitles you to a raucous beatdown of a crude clown-like thing.

I actually hate clowns enough that I kept Batman Forever around a few more seconds than I had to just for that purpose.

And no one mentioned Shining Force? Blasphemy!
Come on you fight Misheala's minions in the Circus tent, and what 16 bit circus isn't complete without it's very own pair of dire clowns?

WWF Raw: smashing in Doink the Clown's cranium with a chair repeatedly.
And even though i've never played Mickeys Circus Caper, i'm gonna guess it has clowns in it ,based on name alone.
