During the '90s Virgin Games was one of the premier Genesis 3rd party companies, racking up hits like Aladdin, Global Gladiators, and Cool Spot. One of the men responsible for its success was Dr. Stephen Clarke-Willson, Virgin's former V.P. of Worldwide Product Development. From working with David Perry to the purchase of Westwood Studios, he was a key player in the company's massive success. Sega-16 had a wonderfully informative Q&A session (http://www.sega-16.com/forum/../Interview-%20Dr%20Stephen%20Clarke-Willson.htm) with him, and you need to check it out!

Good interview. I always love reading interviews, especially when the person being interviewed is quite open and entertaining to read like Dr. Clarke-Wilson. I just wish the interview covered why his name is hyphenated. I will not be able to sleep tonight because of this. Maybe I'll spend that time playing Aladdin!

Heh, it just so happens that I went to the Virgin Megastore today and browsed the game section (among other areas). I didn't see any games by Virgin, though. Come to think of it, despite being the "Virgin Megastore" they don't have a particularly high percentage of Virgin-associated products.
