I'm never going to get used you not having that Baloo avatar... Every time I see your posts I think it's somebody else for a split second.

It's Hiro Seno from an 1989 OVA called Venus Wars.

I happened across this anime by chance as I was browsing the obscure channels my parents pay for but never actually watch - this was playing and caught my eye. Needless to say I enjoyed it very much, If you like anime or sci-fi I would recommend it.

It's been dubbed in English which is pretty decent, the soundtrack is quite exceptional and the animation has that vintage look I find very appealing; although the story line isn't incredibly deep, it's certainly one of my favorites.

Ok, so I was wrong about RGIII, so what.
