I thought I said I owned a pirate cart of it ... At any rate, I found it again (in my Serious Sam Advance box where it always has been) so maybe I'll give it a proper go.

BTW, when I say it's a pirate cart, I mean it has no rumble feature. Actually, at the time I got it, I didn't know this game was meant to use a rumble cart. I always thought it was a regular GBA release.
