My mom had a habit of telling me things that were untrue without considering that I would believe her.
Suffice it to say, I believed that raw potatoes were poisonous until I was twenty.

I vaguely remember either playing or watching someone else play Sonic 1 at a Sears when I was very young. The first Genesis game I clearly remember playing was Sonic 2, at the ripe old age of 7.
I greatly prefer Sonic 3. The levels were just more fun, as were the bosses.
Guilty Gear X and the KoF's are where its at. And of course Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
Man, I need to break out my arcade stick and play some fighters.
It is for reals. The tagline makes me a little bit sick every time I see it too.
This. I'm guessing these games are for people who:
1. Don't want the whole collection, just a game or two.
2. Don't know what an emulator is or want to own the games legally.
I don't care. I...
Yeah, I don't think they can. I think they're just covering all the hardware bases.
One of the most screwed up things about law is how the spirit of the law isn't enough. Heaven help you if you...
I dunno. Rumor has it that Sony's going to start remotely killing hacked PS3s, since the PS3 is phoning home now.
They're pulling some pretty shady shit.
Although with the emphasis on "Sony...
It's gonna have to be EWJ.
Speaking of Earthworm Jim, are you guys aware that the creator, Doug TenNapel, has a new webcomic?
My android phone could handle most of the day-to-day things I use my desktop computer for. It fits in my pocket.
It's not for my social needs. It's for looking something up on the internet....
Hrm.
Knights in the Nightmare (very yes!)
Sonic Rush (best Sonic game of the last decade)
SMT: Strange Journey and Devil Survivor
Kirby Canvas Curse and Kirby Super Star Ultra
Is the full Xenogears series ever gonna be made?
No. I don't buy Windows.
rms is easily the weirdest-looking person in computing. (Which is quite an achievement.)

I'm a big supporter of the Free Software Foundation.
That's one cliche I've never understood. Out of all of the women I've ever known, only one or two actually get in a bad mood one special time a month. Maybe I've just been lucky.
I never thought a about pausing to take stock of the situation in ANY Sonic game's special stages. I had never heard of it, and it never occurred to me. I've always done it on reflex and...
I wish they'd slash prices on a gaming device I actually own.
In the words of one of my math professors, "There are three kinds of lies. Lies, damn lies, and statistics."
Holograms, definitely holograms.
Skies was an amazing game.
Wasn't that an April Fool's joke/unfounded rumor?
I'm just going to say, the grid was painfully 80's. The stripe still holds up pretty well.
Meh. Just like the PSP, I'll wait until the PSP2 (or, rather, the idiotically-named NGP) has a handful of awesome games.
Let's forget about the nonsensicality of "eye candy crap" for now, but since when was Dragon Age an action RPG? I can, while playing the game, at any time, whack the space bar and then take as much...
