Bought a Neo Geo "old style" stick from AlecRob. He sent me lots of pictures with detailed descriptions of the stick, shipped very fast and was a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly buy from again!

Yes, very good deal. Have fun with the Model 1.
Yeah, buying those 4 GBAs AND link cables AND a Gamecube AND the game was pretty excessive back then, but an awesome experience. These days it wouldn't cost much. Four Swords Adventures is probably...
System has been relisted at a lower price!

You have to clean up any corrosion there is. Check continuity with a multimeter to make sure the SRAM chip is getting power.
Why should I care about this game? Naughty Dog hasn't been relevant since the PS1 days.
Everyone is giving this game perfect scores. Suspicious right there. Something isn't right here at all.

In an older AtariAge thread, before the game was called Princess Rescue. I remember reading that thread. He used batariBasic.
Yeah it's real handy having a modchipped Gamecube. The XenoGC chip was actually bad though, the LEDs said so. Right now both those cubes I tried the bad XenoGC chip with have good lasers but act...
I'm definitely not buying an Xbox One, the Kinect spycam is an invasion of my privacy and that offends me as a consumer. I also don't have very good internet, the 360 chokes on it horribly, so that's...
No it was one chip. It was in a gamecube that would read retail discs, but not burned ones. I removed the XenoGC and the gamecube stopped reading retail discs properly. I tried the chip in another...
Man, if I can't fix these two Gamecubes that had failed XenoGC chips in them, I ought to look into these Fusion chips. At least then these cubes wouldn't be paperweights. Any links for the Wiikey...
The music and sound effects sound pretty normal for the 2600 to me and I've played a lot of 2600 games already.
Sega 32X
bump
I'm in a similar boat. Got a VA6.8 I overclocked with 10MHz and a halt switch. It typically hangs at the TMSS screen, never loads the game. The wires are short and the solder joints are fine. Both...
You can't make the 32X a standalone console, every game requires at least some part of the Genesis in order to function. There's always those Neptunes people make, usually with Genesis 2 systems.
Why are you people saying it's not real? You can buy it here, just like Halo 2600. $30 is not a bad deal honestly. It's hard finding good platformers on 2600.

I'll be honest, I probably shouldn't be collecting Neo Geo due to costs... But oh hell, I do it anyway. I think it helps I've scooped deals on stuff and can modify MVS boards to work on a TV. If you...
An open thought; what if nothing happens on the 9th of July? What if Sega doesn't announce anything?

Seriously though, Neo Geo isn't meant to be played on a handheld. Not on a tiny screen and wimpy speakers. Neo Geo had...
Screw that, I want a dedicated cartridge. Official Atari carts are basically impossible to open anyway.
I remember seeing earlier versions of this homebrew on AtariAge, it's definitely real. The underground theme sounds pretty much the same as it has before, but it looks like the game has had some...
I wouldn't take a Neo Geo X for even $75 shipped... It doesn't really do anything my actual Neo Geo can't do.
I love my Neo Geo (MVS/AES). :D
I predict nothing will happen on the 13th.
