Well in answer to the original question, if Rare had a pack-in controller with two analog sticks, yes this thing probably would of took off sooner. I really don't know how I even played console FPS...
Alien Resurrection is a good game, you just don't know what you're talking about, probably haven't even played it actually.
Alien Resurrection had dual-analog controls enabled by default before Halo in 2000, I believe. It didn't sell very well though.
Quake 2 does support double analog yes, one of the best FPS games on PS1 imo and probably better than Goldeneye. That's all opinion though.
25/30fps is the real drizzling shits, I play on PC just to get 60.
Tons of cut-scenes doesn't bother me if I know it's coming, like I won't hate on an MGS game for having too many cutscenes.
...
This guy knows what's up, Penguin Land is a gem.
I hate tutorials if they are like 30-45 minutes it's overkill so i'll give you that one, but not all modern games are hand-holding fests, play on the harder difficulty. Regenerating health is a bit...
Honestly this serves them right for being lazy, they have barely launched anything worth shaking a shit at and as a result nobody really wants one.
If Nintendo actually acted hungry for sales and...
So a bunch of people got stuck on a hard game, so what? I get stuck on Super Metroid all the time, great game though.
Skyrim is a great game the hell you talking about?
EDIT: Also, LOL @...
I don't think pirating some old Sega or NEC roms is going to hurt the industry much.
NEC & Hudson Soft probably don't make much money these days from the video game market, if any.
Pretty soon, it's getting hard to deny lately the the Wii U is a bit of a failure really.
Huh. Even if the game is any good there is no way i'm buying it.
I'll just wait for the inevitable PS4/Xbox I or whatever release.
It doesn't mean those games are 'worthless garbage', it means Sega aren't using some insane price structure to value a ROM and an emulator with.
Virtua Fighter 2 on XBLA is 400msp, so about £4....
All game companies ever are in the business of making money, what else would they be doing? Just being nice?
Sony, Microsoft & Nintendo are all guilty of treating their fans poorly at times but...
RIP Nintendo etc.
It's not about them being free on ROMS, it's more just there is no way I am paying £5 for a ROM file of Super Mario Bros 1 or something, those ROMS are worth £1 or £2 at best.
The Sega Megadrive...
VC emulation is good but the prices kill it, no way am I paying about £5 for a ROM.
Tails Adventure is such an underrated game, they should totally do a HD sequel/remake or whatever on a later console, hell a full bloody 3D game if they want.
I don't think much to Mario 64, but I can never get on well with it and the camera is a bit jittery, but it's an N64 game in 1996.
Sonic Adventure is a next-gen game in 1998, when good 3D...
Looking forward to the unbelievably fast and bulky Android tablet called the Steroid now.
^ about 5 minutes probably.
I forgot Star Wars Arcade on 32X as well
yes, Star Wars for the Master System & Game Gear, based on A New Hope.
I want to laugh but it's too soon..
Yes they do, but only after their winning streak has long finished.
