Both systems are worth it to own. They are very cheap nowadays and have a variety of classics released for them. I consider the Sega Saturn one of my favourite consoles ever. It only has a problem...
To get back on the subject. I read the first few pages of this topic. I do think the old Nights is a very good game. Not the best on the Sega Saturn, but still I game I had huge fun playing back in...
I voted Night Trap, I really like the game. It was so different from the games I was used to. I played it a lot, completing it after dozens of tries.
I like sewer shark as well, completed it, but...
Wow, it's soooo cheesy! Great video. Explosive sound, tons of new games on 32x!?
Neither, they both suck. Two of the worst lightgun games I've ever played.
Nice read about the 32x-rent story. Shame Chaotix is so expensive in PAL format.
I completely disagree about Golden axe though. All games are still fun today, the XBLA version proves it. And by...
I still like the fact that you can see private or status stats on your VMU in some games. Games like sonic shuffle or Culdcept Second are so much better because of it.
One note: Sonic shuffle rules. I really like it...
I prefer the normal VMU, although they lack storage space and the batteries go empty all the time (gave up on that). I have 11 VMU's and one thirs party (innovation I believe) 4MB card. Switching...
Yes sorry, that was indeed what I meant.
Those that support widescreen have the added plus for running in widescreen, so that weighs against the slightly less sharp output.
Two and a half years back when I was in Belgium. Was very nice, I played a lot of Sega games (and completed outrun 2 and virtua tennis 2).
If your buying one to play retro games, then don't.
Games that don't support widescreen tend to look a bit worse, even without stretch.
Only a handful DC games support widescreen.
Master System 2
2x Mega Drive 1
Mega cd 2
32X
2x Saturn (JAP and PAL)
2x Dreamcast
Xbox
Xbox 360
I have played Powerstone 2 in multiplayer a lot. It was superb. But I don't know if we really need a sequel.
I would say the first Sonic game. Its a nice platformer, but hey, it is not that great. Everybody always tells me the 3D sonics suck and 2D sonics were the bomb, I think they are both nice, but not...
I tried Nights and Panzer dragoon. Worked like a charm. Nice graphics!
I anybody discovers other titles that work, please share.
I like Night Trap 32X-cd best. Great Mega CD games, improved to 32x standards. FMV at its finest.
My friend was there when they were at Amsterdam. Ik listened on the radio (the put most tracks on there as well). I was hugely disappointed. I do like classical concerts, but this was just very...
I like it. Even if your not a great shooter fan. Much easier to get in to than all the other late shooter releases on the DC.
But don't get me wrong, it is not going to shock your world.
Main reasons are legal/licencing issues and differences in sales taxes as far is I know. The main reason games are more expensive in Europe is because we have much higher taxes. Importing from beyond...
I completed (all episodes availeble) a lot of different version of Doom: PC, Saturn, psx, 32x, xbox (in doom 3 CE) and Xbox 360.
All are playable and great games in my opinion, a game ahead of...
I like the megadrive game, played it a lot. But the Mega CD version is waaaaaay better, it totally rocks. One of the best mega cd releases for me. I Think the soundtrack is one of the best in any...
I liked it when a was a kid. Played it quite a lot. The 5 at the end of the review seems to be a bit out of place. The text gives the impression of a 6 or 7.
Ok thanks.. a shame though ;)
