MOTW has too much animations. I think something like Street Fighter Alpha would work great on Genesis with enough effort and programming skills. Also SF2 ports could be much better in my opinion

Due to the chances of us getting BH1.5 later this year (for those living under the rock - an anonymous group has gotten their hands on the Beta disk. They are trying to make it more complete and...
I have not tried them yet, so I'd like to know how close do they sound compared to an actual Sega Genesis. Also how do they compare to Kega Fusion sound quality wise?
CD version also has in-game music and the 2004 release has a crosshair that really helps.
I like World Championship Soccer because it is actually fun to play. FIFA games are too boring for me.
I prefer Vectorman 1 due to some better looking stages, better music, and nicer voice for the guy.
Ok guys, is it wrong to like The Lion King?
If we compare actual games. 3DO wins by far.
How is Bleemcast possible then?
Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari (japanese version of RCR) for Famicom and Final Fight the arcade version

Love these guys
These games do not use scaling. It's just multiple copies of the same sprites with different sizes, even NES games can do that.
For the real sprite scaling on Genesis check Road Rash series (slow as...
There are two reasons it is interesting: it's japanese, and it had deathmatch before Doom.
IIRC three 16-bit Rocket Knight games were made by different teams. Hence the difference. The first Rocket Knight team was busy making Hard Corps and some other titles in 1994.
Made a thread about this at Doomworld but there seems almost no interest, so...

Basically this is an FPS with some rail shooter elements. Made by Taito for the arcades. And it had...

You must be joking. Zio is as generic as a cliched pretty-face dark magician can get. He is just an evil guy with no backstory on his evilness.
But they are more developed than PS4 characters...
Being generic with almost no highlights at all is kinda wrong.
Except for FF6 and CT.
So, what's so good about it?
Warning, might be spoilers!
Azala, The Entity, Lavos place in the universe, Zeal, the end of time - all of these made CT story really amazing. I guess you weren't paying much attention to the story...
So, what's so special about PS4 story that makes it better than either FF6 or CT? Oh yeah, it's nothing!
I was a KoF fan before, 98 and 99 being my favorites. Now I am in the Capcom camp with Alpha 2 (yes, two, not three) being my favorite fighting game ever, but I still like SNK titles. Samurai Shodown...
Really, no console game had arcade-quality graphics (not counting NeoGeo for obvious reasons) until the Dreamcast era. I don't get all the SNES hate here. Genesis has some blazingly fast stuff, but...
Well, PSX version is bearable. It has some slowdowns and cut animations (water, for example), plus the music is lower quality compared to SNES, but it's still better than overbright crappy sounding...
Man, I love Light Crusader and it's graphics style! My favorite Genesis game ever. But I keep hearing how it sucks and looks generic on this very forum.
FF6 is an ideal choice after PS4. Just stick with the SNES version and stay away from GBA port.
I would really like to hear which one you'll like better :p
