Unofficial one there thierry, but not ALL unofficial leads are junk, yours seems to have the ferrite cylinders which you wont often see on the cheap ones.

Its almost trial and error when it comes...

Jackal your lead is official, its the later lead with the better shielding that was only shipped with the 'model 2' (round button) systems.

The lead with the screw is the earlier official lead...

ALL the original bundled Saturn SCART leads were wired up for RGB, I've had more than a few new/sealed systems to be pretty confident of that.

I've completed my PAL Saturn collection and I'm more than half way through having a duplicate set so I don't generally need to carry any record of those around with me, I own few enough Mega Drive...
