It's OK. I can't buy any more games (well I can if I wanted!) until the end of the semister, because I don't think I'm doing too good in a few classes... and I need to focus.
The smell of scorched oil hangs in the air as a premonition of danger, while the engine gloriously shouts its war cry...

Throughout history, suspicion has always bred conflict. The real conflict, though, resides in people's hearts. This conflict has just begun.

Streets of Rage 2 with box, no manual, for 7,09€ on ebay.
Im glad about the deal. When I was young and foolish I traded the game for a copy of Spider-Man vs the Kingpin cuz I was such a big Marvel-fan.
Unfortunately I soon found out how much the game sucked...

Now Ill never take my hands off SoR 2 again!!!

Picked up a Dreamcast VGA cable for $20, now I just gotta figure out how to change my frequency range to FH 15.7 kHz and FV 59.9 Hz, anybody know?
Up on the shelf; it's a bird, it's a plane, it's Sega Genesis! Faster processing than a SNES, more powerful than a TG-16, able to play 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit and CD-ROM games on a single system (with the CD, 32x and power base converter, of course)

Picked up Contact for DS, and the following CDs:

Rage Against the Machine - Renegades, alternate cover w/ 2 bonus tracks
    The Crow soundtrack
    Gorillaz - Demon Days
    Anti-Flag - A New Kind of Army
    Tricky - Maxinquaye
    Blur - The Great Escape
Blur - Modern Life is Rubbish

And before someone asks, yes I think Blur is better than Oasis.

Preordered Portrait of Ruin at GS's website.
Thought it was worth it for the bonus (provided the artbook isn't just relegated to fucking PoR).

Ummm, is that the name of the upcoming DS game? Why is it on CD? DS has a CD-ROM drive? KICK ASS!!!!!

J-Fly - Do HD-DVDs have the same ultra-annoying features as regular DVDs such as unskippable animated menus and unskippable warning screens and all of that bullshit?

Today I picked up a mint Magic Knight Rayearth complete with stickers and lovingly autographed by Bernie Stolar.

A cool music haul overall, but I give a double thumbs up to these two. I was listening to Renegades just the other day.. Rage put a great spin on those covers. It's quite a nice farewell to the band how it once was.

Today resulted in quite an unexpected and RPG-heavy haul.

    Genesis ($3.99 a piece):

    Master of Monsters, cart only
Shining in the Darkness, cart only

    NES ($1.99 a piece):

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Pool of Radiance, cart only
    Dragon Warrior, w/ instructions
Might & Magic: Secret of the Inner Sanctum, cart only
Solar Jetman: Hunt for the Golden Warpship, cart only
    Tombs & Treasure, cart only
    Uncharted Waters, cart only

There were a number of cool Atari 2600 games, and a few neat Intellivision titles, but they were going for the same price as the NES carts. I may have to come back for those later...

Yeah, they really made all of those songs their own. Although I thought their Devo cover was disappointing.

What's really sad is that the release of Renegades is what broke up the band. It seems that de la Rocha had a bit of an OCD-perfectionism thing going on, which also explains why Rage had so many unreleased songs. And why he's since recorded material for solo albums on two separate occasions, but only released a single song.

Nice to see someone giving Tricky a thumbs up.

Just picked up season 4 of Home Movies on DVD. That really was one of the best shows ever.

Today I picked up Jungle Strike: The Sequel to Desert Strike as well as everyone's favorite game, Cyber Speedway for the Saturn. Both complete and both very cheap.
