Looks like the tops were sealed under the wrap, and if the stores hung the games they would open the wrap a very little themselves.

Please be sure to remind the IC3 that you don't give a shit about freedom of speech, forum terms of use, or anything else that you don't agree with. Also, be sure to specify to them if you're going to file this complaint against the person who started this thread, the forum in general, and/or me personally.

Furthermore, be sure to defend yourself against ALL the claims being made against you, since you want to get all legal and take this to court. Be ready to air all your dirty laundry and prove that all the claims against you are false, since their presumed falseness are the basis for your own claims of slander. I'm sure that the people accusing you would be more than willing to make their case as public as possible, so be sure you want to deal with the repercussions of that as well.

But most of all, be sure to read what fucking website you're threatening me with, since the site you linked to isn't an organization that investigates slander. It's one that investigates Internet fraud. So essentially, you just linked to the very website the people accusing you of fraud need to go to about your shady sales practices. So for anyone who wants to have RPGArcana's sales practices investigated for fraud, he was was kind enough to provide you with the very place you need to go and file a complaint.

Crime is crime, it is thoroughly investigated whether it was us doing wrong or you, and clearly there is evidence to be checked and you do not have sufficient evidence to prove that your games are brand new factory sealed rather than resealed. No investigation will go through just listening to the defendant or person claiming, they will listen to BOTH SIDES

No, they wouldn't know. Some collectors are stingy, some take risks and some are just careless. So whether they research to see if the person is trustworthy rather than "LOOK AT MY EBAY FEEDBACK RATING" is up to the collector to research. Clearly Dark Sol has had bad experiences and found others who had similar ones with this seller
