Does the everdrive work with the Genesis 3? I am wondering as I know there are a few things that are not compatable with that console. The reason I ask is I travel the world working at sea and would love to have a genesis 3 with everdrive plugged into my laptop.

My drillbit is stuck in my drill and my chuck key wont remove it. :/
Joe, can you take a pic of your modified cart? I bought a label from mrbigreddog. I have made two carts - the first one was bogus and went in the trash and the newer one is better but I don't want my label going in the holes and getting all frayed when I put it on the cart.

Well I modded a second cart and it looks even better. It was much much easier to mod a genesis case to fit the ever drive - with a SD card inserted haha

Just got my Super Everdrive - didn't realize the SD slot was backwards. Not a big deal.
I couldn't find my cutting bits for my dremel, so I just used an xacto knife after heating it with a lighter. Turned out great.

My Everdrive seems to be hanging a lot when it writes from the SD card to the Flash ROM. It doesn't seem to have any problem erasing the flash, but writing stalls a lot lately.

you mean hangs while flash writing? some carts with firmware v9 and more old firmware have such problem, i can update firmware for free if your cart have this problem
