Default SCEA Development Studio Genesis Sega CD's

OK since this is the place for all things Sega I thought it
would be the best place to ask

Just picked up a collection of Sega Genesis games
    32 boxed CD'S
    11 Boxed cartridge games

All are from SCEA (SONY Computer Entertainment America) Development Studio
and each CD and game cart have labels that state for example

    SCEA 3RD PARTY
    KRISS KROSS #1

Each CD also has the same note written in magic marker on
the art side of the CD

My question is since it would be very easy to remove these labels and markings should I ?
all the items look to be regular release items but there are a few duplicate
titles that are marked all the same with the exception one is marked #1 and
then there are others of the same title marked #2, #3 and #4 ?

I have included pictures of the four Ecco/Classic Arcade 5in1 combo packs, I started to remove the
writting from the CD's, Not a problem it comes off rather easily with a little elbow grease you can see the result in the scan of the CD's.
One set has no writting as thats the one I cleaned up

Again my question is since I am only keeping the titles
I need should I remove the markings ? would it be better
if I sell them with the labels and writting ?

Below are the links to the scans of the CD's, labels and Writting

I don't think any extra labels or writing on the discs add any value. It probably decreases the value, actually.

If you want to minimize the damage done by taking the labels off the cardboard boxes, just hit them with a hairdryer for a couple minutes and they'll peel off like nothing. For the marker on the labels, rubbing alcohol will take it out like nothing.

    Thanks lilmul123

I was thinking the added labels would make them less
desirable also, I just wanted to make sure I was not
removing anything that another collector may be interested
    in.

Thanks for the help with the removal, I have actually started
removing the magic marker from the CD's and it comes off
rather easy the stickers on the plastic cases are no problem
at all they come off with no problem.

Thanks again I appreciate your response

Yeah.. You'd have to find the "RIGHT" collector for anyone to see the significance of those labels... That collector isn't me!! But that's pretty cool all the same!
RELAX!! Pretend it's a game.. Maybe it'll even be FUN!!
