Thats my Gamecube RF Adaptor. I'm just wondering if its possible to splice it with a standard set of AV cables to get AV quality gameplay. RF is starting to piss me off, the quality is just plain shit, especially on my new TV.
I doubt it unless in the end which plugs into the GC is a full set of pins.
Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier just to buy a GC av lead?
it wouldnt be cheaper, but easier yes
but you could do it for free if you have a soldering iron and some old controllers you can take the wire from.
they make composite cables for gamecube, they are just kinda hard to find i think. (the ones with the red, green and blue and seperate red and white audio plugs)
The Component cable is also not backwards compatible, and it also does not work on later Gamecube games
So what is the best AV connection for UK gamers?
It's RGB, right...?
RGB Scart on SD stuff, on xbox360 RGB SCART can do 720p.
DVI-D on HD stuffs, if not HDMI.
then composite / scart non-RGB
