Shadow Dancer is great game. I always though having your dog attack enemies for you was cool. Shinobi III is still my favorite game in the series though.
i don't really use the dog or my ninja stars i just kill the enemys with my sword![]()
so I guess you use the Non-Shuriken mode then?
you're probably the best SD player here, I can't make it very far without shurikens
man i can beat this game on the hardest diffculty without useing my dog ninjas stars and magic i masterd this game like a proi play it too much
Shadow Dancer is still among the top 20% of the Genesis library. I recall being floored when I first saw the character scream while doing the magic; it was so arcade-like. Plus the music was jammin. I was also floored when I first heard those subtle lyrics during the bonus rounds...
However Revenge and Shinobi 3 still I prefer. How would you guys rate the 3 shinobi titles?
Revenge>III>Shadow Dancer
i love the music on stage 3-2 its awsome!
I love Shadow Dancer!"
How odd is it that Sega translated the arcade game to Master System but didn't to Genesis? In retrospect I'm happy with there being multiple versions, as the Genesis game is pretty kickass (though too short).
my skills is still good![]()
Can you finish the game by using your feet instead? Pix are good, video is better.Originally Posted by daminmancejin2

Ben Shinobi http://benjamin.bouloch.free.fr/replays.htm can finish it on very hard without shuriken as well. In the replay he uses magic and the dog. Also he loses some lives.
Loved the game too when it came out. One of my friends owned it and I rented it a couple of times.
