Cheese is undoubtedly God's greatest creation and gift to mankind. I think we can have a great discussion about this. Who knew that coagulated milk could go so well with nearly any type of food? I dare you to name one thing that doesn't go well with cheese- even ice cream can go well with cheesecake. So what's everyone's favorite kind of cheese? I'm quite prone to monterey jack, myself. Tastes great melted on nachos. Any takers?

Cheddar is my favorite cheese, but I like many of the other cheeses on the poll as well. The only one I don't like is American cheese, which I almost never eat nowadays. For sandwiches I like to use cheddar and Swiss, and for burgers I like Swiss and pepper jack.

What, no love for Munster? That's probably my favorite cheese, that and babybell is really nice too. Oh, and believe it or not, Limburger is also really good!
