Do YOU have any games you want to get rid of that haven't been reviewed on the site and needs to be beaten for the sake of this project? Send 'em to me and I'll review and beat them! I'll pay for shipping of course. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
Havarti is also pretty good in a pinch, although I prefer my cheeses to be a bit more firm.

The inclusion of Parmesan cheese reminds me of this:
Mozzarella on everything!!
RELAX!! Pretend it's a game.. Maybe it'll even be FUN!!
What?! No blue cheeses, fine then. Brie all the way! Though I love virtually all chese. I swear if I were lactose intolerant I'd be dead.
Had I known parmesan would get so much hate, I would have switched it with blue/feta (not much different anyway). That's what happens when you're limited to ten choices.
On it's own, Mozzarella is the best, so I voted for that. But for different situations, there's always a different cheese.
American and Provolone for your lunch meat sandwiches.
Parmesian for your Pasta.
Cheddar for your Mac N' Cheese.
Mozzarella for straight-up eating.
Cheese Whiz for your cheesesteaks.
Philadelphia for your bagels.
Etc. Etc.
Also, Yeah Kraft, reppin' Philly![]()
I don't know - mozzarella is more for pizzas and lasagna than straight-up eating... I've tried eating mozzarella that way and it just tastes odd to eat it that way. Maybe because we use it so much in things like pizza and lasagna.
Cheddar is much more a straight-up eating cheese, especially sharp or extra sharp.
Stilton is the best of course.
