Im buying a JAP Mega Drive and I was wondering will it work with my US Sega CD and 32x aslong as I do a region mod.
Any info on this would be great!

The 32X will work fine without a region mod, but some 32X games won't work since the distinction between American and Japanese 32X games is made by the Genesis/MD, not the 32X. You will need a region switch for the Sega CD though.
