Thread: best aftermarket 6 button controllers?

    I've never tried a Mega Drive/Genesis pad better than the official 6 button one but I always thought this was a good controller and used it until I got hold of a couple of official ones.

    Sorry for the blurry picture, the light in my room isn't too bright.



    It's name is on the controller. It seems pretty hard to find though now.

    thats the pad im talkin about in my original post

    theyre not too hard to find - theyre nice and simple, and as good as the sega ones IMO

    The fact that they're the size and shape of the 3-buttons really interests me. I may need to hunt one down.

    Another thumbs up for the ProPad (I have the "6"). It has a nice heft to it, good buttons and d-pad. It's not superior to the Sega ones, but still a good controller. I haven't tried the one in the pic above...

    They definitely feel like the official 3 button controller in shape more than the official 6 button controllers but they aren't as big as the official 3 button controllers.
