In case anyone is wondering, this is the updated version of Sonic 2 Heroes. It now combines both Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 in one game, where you play as all 3 characters. It even has a neat cutscene in between games to tie them together. More about the hack here: http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.p...pic=23302&st=0

It's a pretty awesome hack, though keep in mind it's still in beta so there might be some bugs, so maybe hold off on getting a repro until the final version is released. Also if you want the cover for the previous version Sonic 2 Heroes, it's a few pages back.

Yeah, I've been looking around for some artwork to use and haven't found anything that's high quality enough for a cover. If you have a scan of the Amiga game or one of the other releases that would help

Also, just so you know, the Genesis/MD version is not very complete, though you can beat it by using the level skip code, which is something like pause then press a button, A, or C, I think ...

I've always wanted to play the NES version of that game, which was surprisingly released in the US. Never knew there was a Genesis one in the pipeline. Shame it never got an official release.

Yeah I thought about that one, and tried it out, but it doesn't really fit too well on the Genesis/MD format box. Also, that game is very incomplete, I'm not sure why anyone would want a repro of it. It's almost as bad as Ninja Gaiden.
