Almost every decent Jaguar game was available for some other system. And the Jaguar versions are usually not as good, or only very marginally better than others. Even Wolfenstein 3D was much better on 3DO.

Great episode! As always. I gotta sound like a broken record at this point, but you guys do great work and the production quality on these things just gets better and better! I was initially kinda bummed when Game Sack went bi-monthly, but I think it's really allowed you guys to put together an even higher quality program.

Interesting choice of systems! I would probably never bother with either of them, to be honest... the SuperGrafx is an interesting novelty but I can see why it didn't catch on. The Jaguar, sadly, seems to be another case of truly wasted potential. Awesome 2D capabilities but I guess nobody was interested in harnessing them. Oh well.

Anyway, thumbs up!

I actually really enjoy Ultra Vortek even though the Jaguar D pad is horrible for that kind of game, its just so damn cheesy. The turbo cheat mode was genuinely enjoyable to play haven't seen the video yet but i can see why someone would hate the game.

After watching the video you guys should give Tempest 2000 another shot, it only gets fun and hectic after you play it to the later stages, also there is a jump button power up which you use to jump over and shoot enemies once they reach the top. You should also check out Super Burnout and Zool 2 for the system.

I used to have Zool 2 for Amiga. It was okay, but nothing to write home about.
