Please, more arcade stuff! This episode had a great assortment of games, but I was surprised that driving games didn't make it into the episode. The sense of stomach dropping speed that sprite based racers offer has not been replicated by any polygonal racer. Looking forward to seeing arcade part II.

Btw, one my all time favorite arcade game is this great gem:

Solid video, Joe! I always enjoy Game Sack productions. I'd like to add another suggestion if you do a video like this again:

Dead Connection is a 1994 game by Taito. It's an interesting take on the arena shooter - not just for the 1920's gangster vibe, but for the way it implements things like cover, dodging and the environment into the genre. A very good game indeed, and it never left the arcades.

As The Coop pointed out please cover this game Joe Redifer. And Sega, just give us this. No more bullshit like RoF, just an easy Wii port or download of this. And somehow get TAD's Blood Brothers into the mix.

Emulating a game as graphically intensive as Planet Harriers is impossible. - MAME was never designed for 3d like that, and it's not at all good at it. The damn thing STILL can't run Virtua Cop, much to my distress. The only way you could emulate and capture that without the actual board is if there's a good enough NAOMI emulator kicking about, and I don't think there is.

Planet Harriers isn't a Naomi game.

You know, if you guys hadn't done Gate of Doom I'd have had this quick list of games ready for a follow up episode. But no, you had to be all thorough and that game just makes my brain turn into a squished grape for days. Well, here we are, days later and I have some suggestions for a future episode.

    Osman
    Edward Randy
    Crime Fighters

I think the first two might have made it into a previous episode, but since the internet has become impossible to search quickly I honestly don't know. Crime Fighters has a couple of sequels as well, Vendetta and Violent Storm. I haven't played either extensively, but enjoy Crime Fighters well enough.

Game Sack never showed Edward Randy IIRC (and I second the suggestion). I have watched all episodes; some of them several times.

Did Violent Storm never get a console port?

Love that intro. Why is an upper class white girl shopping in Detroit?

Not in the U.S. at least, and dang looking at it I doubt anything short of the Saturn or Dreamcast could even handle it in the 90s.
