    Default Finding an AC adapter match for model 2 Sega CD?

    Do you have to match all the specs exact, or is it only important you don't go under the 10V requirement? I know it's like 120V input 10V DC output and .85 A.

    You want the voltage to be the same, and the current needs to be at least as high. Higher on the current shouldn't hurt anything.

    I would say go for a genuine Sega Power Adapter (MK-1602). You might have to pay a little more for it but it's worth it.
