It can be seen in this video at around 0:43. Anyone have any idea what game it is?

The Saturn STV/Titan arcade cabinets were pretty much plastic, with very little space on the sides for logos. I'm going to guess this was a product placement ad for the Saturn.

Yep, Sega Saturn seasons 1-4 (Also season 6, episode 21: "What's Wrong With This Episode IV"), then Dreamcast seasons 5-6, and finally Playstation 2 seasons 7-9.

    I'm a little bit of a fan.

The show's premise was "Derpy out of shape guy, who is so dumb he can't even wipe himself properly, is married to a hot, skinny woman who is his intellectual superior!", which is pretty much the plot to every modern sitcom.

That's actually pretty funny because that arcade machine stuck around in Cooper's until the very end of the show, which was well after the Dreamcast was killed off worldwide. I guess someone was quite a fan of the Saturn on the set.

I'm pretty sure that what's on the Saturn cabinet on The King of Queens is actually the Saturn BIOS' main menu!

    Looks like it.

I've also seen scenes where two people are playing a game with one character being controlled on the screen, I think it was Heroes where I saw this.

Someone suggested Regular Show to me this past week because I always have my Sega Genesis or Nomad with me. I was told that they were always playing Sega on the show. I figured it would be a generic game system so I was surprised to see that it actually was a Sega Master System. I own every Sega system since Genesis but have never owned a Master System.

I'm not really into talking animal shows, I prefer animated shows like Mutant League, Batman, or Justice League. But I really liked Regular Show. I have watched several episodes. I really liked the episode "Slam Dunk". My first job was working the grounds at a park like they do in the show, too. I recently talked to this girl that I used to work with all those years ago and we were both remembering how much we goofed off at work, just like they do on Regular Show. I don't know how we never got fired. So I could kind of relate to this show. Plus, it was funny!

According to Wikipedia, that episode first aired Feb. 22, 1999. So I really doubt it was paid product placement.

In one of the Austin Powers movies, Scott says "Hey, Dad, I can take my Sega, right?".

In the movie Surf Ninja's (Yes, SURF NINJA'S.......) Skip to 8:44, and the little brother is playing Shinobi on Game Gear, when he has a "vision".

Oh, man I can't believe I just referenced Surf Ninja's

I'd be pissed if I was playing Shinobi on my Game Gear and it suddenly turned into Surf Ninjas.
