Let me break down the memory available on the Sega CD and compare it to the Arcade ROM for Super Street Fighter 2.
SSF2T on Sega CD would be awesome.

Hopefully somebody can make the water move on Kens stage. It seems almost every port has the water still but flag and ship moving and it bothers me for some reason, I can see if there is ice on stage the water could be frozen but damn, how hard is it to make water move or scroll ?

Every port has the water like that because that's what it's like in the original Arcade game.

The moon also flies around in Ryu's stage of the arcade version of at least Champion Edition. They should have just scrolled clouds and not had a moon or kept the moon and cut the scrolling.

The MD version ended up being more "right" in that respect.
