...But is there a comprehensive list of all the games that haven't been reviewed? I'm looking for some games to contribute reviews on, but so far i haven't found a way to sort through them. Any help would be appreciated!

Just check the game you're thinking about in the review index. With the exception of the letters "S" and "T" for Genesis, all our reviews are currently online. I'm restoring the ones that are missing little by little, so I can tell you if the one you had in mind is covered if it falls under one of those 2 letters.
Thanks for the speedy reply, Melf. I've been a fan of the site (and Sega) for a long time, I poke around almost every day checking for new content, and figured maybe it was time to submit some myself. I guess there is no easy way to compare the review list to the master list of games to see if there is anything of familiarity that hasn't been covered. Shouldn't be too much a deterrent, but it makes selecting a game to review a pretty arduous process.
I have the same problem too. At this point, a very large majority of the Genesis library has already been reviewed. It makes finding a game without a review very hard.
At the very least, it'd be nice if we could make a list of unreviewed Sega CD games, since it has a smaller library. They could possibly be as much as 100 unreviewed Genesis games for all we know, but going by the common totals, that would mean 600 some games have already been reviewed.
The full amount of games reviewed can be seen on the sidebar under "available articles." Currently, we have 113 Sega CD reviews, which isn't even half the library. As for the Genesis, we have around 650 (counting the ones I still need to restore). That's about half the total library. In essence, there are still about 700 games or so in all that haven't been reviewed.
The most common totals I've heard (for the US library at least) is around 700 titles. If we have 650 reviews worldwide, we probably don't have that many Genesis games left to review.
The Sega CD numbers sound good (though again, I've heard the total Sega CD library is like 150 games, US region I think), maybe I should try reviewing some. Last I checked, Trivial Pursuit has no review yet.![]()
We're not just reviewing the US library though. Once you add all Japanese, European, Asian, and South American exclusives, it gets much larger. The entire worldwide libraries of both the Genesis and Sega CD number over 1000 games together, so we still have plenty of games to review. Eventually, we will expand to other consoles, and the new site design actually makes that incredibly easy to do now.
I actually made a list like this a couple weeks ago, though I won't swear to its accuracy:
