There is a Japanese version of Out Run that is PAL? WTF? That has to be a mistake.
And shouldn't the game titles be in BOLD and the author titles be in non-bold italics?

That should be just the Japanese version, I think. Fixed.
Game titles have always been in italics, since the site first started. I've put all of them in the RRs the same way, with author names in bold. All 73 are like that, and I'm not changing them now.
