Yeah Snowcom3 is a great reviewer. I like how he gets straight to the point, and does not rely on gimmicks and such.

Also more people need to check out Implantgames.

My channel by far. Hell, it isn't even rated at all!

Seriously, I'd vouch for Lazy Game Reviews and penguinz0. They aren't put over to the degree of the overrated channels.

It's good to see that the thread has taken a more positive tone. I've been eying both Youtube topics intently to see what kind of comments members would voice. I suspect that many of you realize that some of the Youtube channels are actually members of this web site as well. I sincerely hope they did not take offense to some of the comments made in the previous thread thus far. If so, I'll simply say that they should take it with a grain of salt. It is only a person's opinion and should be taken as such.

For those of you who own a Youtube channel and produce material on a daily basis, credit to you. It takes alot of guts to actually go on camera. And more guts to produce material in the face of criticism. Not only are you always confronted with the reality of trying to satisfy your core audience but also retaining (and growing) viewership. It's tough! So although criticism may be warranted, I think questioning whether a given channel is overrated is a moot point. If the channel is able to retain and grow it's subscriber base, they are definitely doing something right.

It is interesting to see that I am not the only fan of quite a number of channels that have already been mentioned (CGR, snowcon3, continue show, etc). There are a few channels that I was not aware of and since reading some of the comments here, I've taken the time to subscribe. Thanks!

I'll throw my hat in and take the time to mention 3 more:

    YOUTUBE CHANNEL 1: http://www.youtube.com/user/DanesGames
Dane is a Australian who collects not only SEGA Mega Drive games but also Mega Drive/Genesis peripherals and products. He presents the topic in a comedic fashion while at the same time educating you on the efficacy of a specific gaming peripheral or device. On the rare occasion he will even review a game for your viewing pleasure. I am not entirely certain but I believe he is a member of the SEGA-16 community. So if you get a chance, please take the time to visit his Youtube channel.

    YOUTUBE CHANNEL 2: http://www.youtube.com/user/Chipsturs
James is a Brit who collects for a variety of consoles and handhelds. As you watch his videos, you'll notice his video editing skills. He presents the material in a very professional way while at the same time keeping the topic light and entertaining. I am quite shocked that his channel has not garnered the attention that it deserves. If you are looking for an informative retro gaming channel with a dose of humor, I will suggest that you take the time to watch some of his material. I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

    YOUTUBE CHANNEL 3: http://www.youtube.com/user/melf00
We all know that Big Red has a channel. But do you know that Melf also has a channel and that it is linked to this website? I wasn't aware of it until one day I clicked on the media section of SEGA-16! I'll simply end here by encouraging good ol' Melf to consider posting more videos on his channel! Preferably with him sitting in front of the camera! The quality of his written material is stellar and it would be nice to see him voice his opinion on video!

The fictional character Gordon Gekko once stated,"Greed, for lack of a better word, is good". Gekko is sometimes unfairly judged. There is a big difference between maintaining one's moral compass in business and that which operates in one's personal life. In business, the reality is that if you are not willing to crush your competitor, you might as well get out of the game while you're still ahead.

Benway's a great fellow, he's honest about not being good at a game, and doesn't dilly dally around with silly details.

blacklily8: This guy is the fucking Shakespeare of youtube gaming channels. He doesn't have enough viewers as it is. A+++ channel.
gamesack: Seriously, if any youtube gaming channel is underrated is gamesack. It's only a matter of time, though. People are bound to take notice.
danesgames: I can see this Aussie getting very popular very soon. He knows what he's doing, and he's pretty rad.

clementJ642: I love this guy's commentary in his LPs. He's done almost every Sonic and Mega Man game, among others.

mn12bird: We all know him, but he doesn't get enough exposure.
