I'm eating truck loads now and lifting as heavy as I can go. I keep seeing strength and muscle gains.
Post pictures when you are ready. Maybe we can start up a SEGA Hunks thread.
Kogen is just spewing out great ideas at this point.
this thread was destined to go awry
Yesterday:
Mowed Lawn, transplanted fifteen plants in the front yard and planted seeds in two 4x8 raised gardens (about two hours). Following that, two hours of sword training with some buddies, wasn't very strenuous for me this time.
Today:
Three hours of trimming my rose vine, crepe myrtle, and desperado sage. From the feeling of it, this was about equal to my usual TRX push ups, curls and back exercises and I'm already sore.
Tomorrow:
Need to get back into it, at least 50 TRX pushups, 30 curls, and 30 pull backs. I also need to either walk/run a few miles or do about 200 Suburi. Then, I have a dozen or so trees that need to be trimmed with the poll saw, that doesn't sound fun at all.
I think I am going to begin my routine tonight: Time to check if the old treadmill still works!![]()
The fictional character Gordon Gekko once stated,"Greed, for lack of a better word, is good". Gekko is sometimes unfairly judged. There is a big difference between maintaining one's moral compass in business and that which operates in one's personal life. In business, the reality is that if you are not willing to crush your competitor, you might as well get out of the game while you're still ahead.
im glad I made this thread.
seems like some of you guys got motivated to start exercising.
