Hiked seven miles yesterday and six today on a camping trip. At least 2-3 miles per day was spent hiking in our equipment, eg. a family sized tent in a duffel bag, a large tupperware bin for all of our camping supplies, a large cooler stocked with food and drinks, two loads of fire wood, and a dog kennel. Good stuff, I'm stiff and sore all over.

Gogo bulkmode, but remember that you can't convert fat into muscle (a popular myth among beginners). I'm not sure if that is what you meant, but that's what I got out of it. If you simply bulk up without lifting weights, you'll end up looking saggy and it is much harder to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time.

I was reading the stuff on last page, and I am a tall and very skinny person with no fat. Past year I have got a bit more rounder now, energy reserves are slowly building up. It takes me a year to gain 5...10kg and I can lose it in some weeks without even trying...

Start lifting weights and you will gain weight quicker. The reason for that is your metabolism will increase because of increased activity levels causing you to eat more. Also, muscle tissue weighs more than fat tissue.

I eat a lot (2 or more normal portions in single go), regardless of what I do or don't... but the food just disappears. My father joked that I fart out all the energy and nutrients haha (I have always had gas issues)
I find it funny but doctors say nothing is wrong with me...
I got no proper excercise equipment (besides some 1kg weights I found in a drawer) and no gyms around... 18kg PC is a bit too much I think. Those 1kg weights did not help in any way when I did exercise with them for some time awhile ago...

Have you counted calories? I'm curious as to how much you eat exactly, because a lot of people that want to gain weight and think they eat a lot actually don't. An example of what you eat in a typical day is fine also. Also, what is your current height + weight?

Instead of using regular weights, you can do calisthenic (bodyweight) exercises. Some of the most muscular and aesthetic people have done nothing but these types of bodyweight exercises, proving that you don't necessarily need weights to look good.
Just ignore the more difficult ones such as handstand pushups and shrugs for now. :P

I cannot comment on the calories, I need to look more closely to the packages of things I eat. 6+ spoons of sugar goes into my tea, makes me think better
    I am 185cm, weight I don't know, it should be 70...75kg

One other problem with excercise is that it will drive up the blood pressure and that ends up in a nasty headache. I got very low blood pressure. That page you linked is nice, I just need to find/make some room to actually do them (there's not a whole lot of in my place)

70-75kg by 1m85 is a healthy weight. Although, one of the causes of low blood pressure is malnutrition, so I'm curious as to what you eat.
