my workout routine changes every week,
usually do Chest with calves
Shoulders and either bicep or tricep
Legs alone
Back alone
Gonna start doing direct ab work and trap work. More direct arm work needed as well.
sadly no before pics. 7.5 months in. Bulking to 180 atm, currently 170~ lbs at 5'10". Was 130~ lbs last august.

I don't work out and I doubt I could break 150 pounds if I tried. I'm short and kind of skinny with the head and neck of a 6-foot man on a 5 1/2 foot body. I don't have much to work with or that I'd want to show off, for that matter. Guys like me just aren't destined to set the world on fire with physicality.

I had a bit of a drop in motivation the past couple of weeks, was only going to gym 1-2 days a week. Now Im back in it going 4 days a week.
How is your training going guys?
