I'm willing to bet that I have, if not the smallest collection here, at least one of the smallest. Compared to the gargantuan stashes listed here it's nothing, but I've got just about everything I ever wanted.

FC Twin: 6 NES games, 7 SNES games
Genesis Model 3: about 35 games, 15 complete (6-button controllers, special arcade stick)
3 Dreamcasts: again, 35 games, most complete (tremor pak, fishing controller, keyboard)
    PlayStation 2: 16 PS1 games, 14 PS2 games

So yeah, four systems and 113 games. Even that sounds like too many...I still haven't played some of 'em.

There are some of the remaining games that I'm more interested in getting than others, for sure, yes. Stuff like that, The Rugrats in Paris, Sesame Street Letters/Numbers... yeah, those are just about at the bottom of my list, as far as US-released non-platformers go.

However, I like some bad N64 games well enough... given that, I can't say I'll dislike all the "bad" ones I haven't played yet without even playing them. It's unlikely to be true.

No, I just happened to find a Donkey Kong cart while I was out one day and thought it was pretty neat. I don't even have a 2600.

My spread sheet says 212, but I haven't updated it in a year so it is probably closer to 250 now.

    Let's see. I own:

    NES - 41
    Gameboy - 2
    SNES - 29
    N64 - 35
    Gamecube - 12
    Wii - 11

    Genesis - 40
    Sega CD - 19
    32X - 22
    Saturn - 14
    Dreamcast - 27

    PS1 - 20
    PS2 - 51
    PS3 - 12

    Xbox - 85
    Xbox360 - 47

Total = 467. I will be adding more tomorrow (probably another SCD and NES). I do have Xbox Live / PSN games on the respective systems, but since I don't physically own a copy, I don't keep it in my database. I still don't feel I own the games since I have no physical back up. One of these days, I'll back up those Xbox360 games to USB drives (and even make a print out for them), so at least in my mind, I'll feel a bit more secure in that I actually own them. Not sure if you can do that with PSN games.

Copied and pasted from my RFGen profile + what I know I have coming in the mail:

    NES: 87
    PS3: 49
    SNES: 46
    Xbox: 33
    Genesis: 32
    2600: 28
    N64: 28
    PS1: 19
    GCN: 14
    SMS: 13
    7800: 11
    GB: 10
    GBC: 7
    PC (Physical): 6
    GBA: 6
    Saturn (Jp): 4
    DC: 4
    GG: 3
    32X: 3
    Saturn: 2
    SFC: 2
    SMS (EU): 1
    Wii: 1
    NDS: 1
    PSP: 1

My Saturn is modded and games aren't cheap, which explains my low Saturn count. I've only recently really been looking for Genesis, Dreamcast, and Master System. My goal is to get those three and the PS1 a bit higher up there. I mostly collect what I want and like, though, rather than just a buttload of crap I'll never even want to get around to. Quality over quantity is what I say, and one thing I can say about my collections is that I have very little in the way of crap, save for Quest 64 and the odd NES game or two. :P

Edit: I'm also not counting downloads. I have 45 Steam games, several GOG games, a few Desura, and a dozen purchased either singularly or through Indie bundles.

That's reason enough to go out and get a VCS. DK on that system is mucho fun.

I have around 120 games, not including downloaded games, spanning several systems.

I'm not a collector either, I just buy games I really want to play. Isn't it amazing when you stop to think how many games you've amassed? If I keep this up, I'm going to need to buy a bigger house!

I stopped counting properly at about 200 using RF generation and then just kept buying so must be approaching 300 now. At least 100 Megadrive with a couple of Genesis games, 60-70 Game boy (of all types), 50+ PS1 games, 15 Saturn, and then some Game Gear, DS, Wii, PC etc.

I need to start to catalogue again as really need to sell most of the excess on all systems before the end of summer as I've had the Saturn for a couple of weeks and want to get this modded and more games.

Probably around 120-150ish, I'd have to take a more accurate count. That's all orig games + Live/PSN titles. More if you count a few bootlegs and ROM's I have kicking around.
Genesis, Sega CD, Saturn, N64, Dreamcast, Gamecube, PSX, PS2, PS3, Xbox, 360, and a and older DS that will play GBA games as well.

Not sure I'd pick up any other older consoles aside from the ones I've simply had since release, but if I ever get the space I'd love to get/build an MVS cabinet and some of the older awesome Arcade games + maybe a MAME setup for it.

If any of you use Mac, there's an awesome program for cataloging games called Gamepedia. I can't recommend it enough. Even if you have a modest collection, it's REALLY nice to have it organized. The program itself looks and works kind of like iTunes.
So acc to Gamepedia, I am just shy of 2500 (physical, no DLC) games:

    563 NES
    387 Atari 2600
    206 PS2
    194 PS3
    123 Wii
    113 Colecovision
    100 Intellivision
    91 SMS
    82 Gamecube
    79 TG16
    78 N64
    68 Atari 5200
    68 Saturn
    66 PS1
    53 Genesis
    53 SNES
    38 Odyssey2
    33 Neo Geo AES
    32 TGCD
    23 TI99/4A
    20 Jaguar
    18 Dreamcast
    10 Atari 7800
    6 Mac
    6 SCD
    4 3DO
    2 32X

Sadly, my Genesis and DC collections are tiny, something I hope to fix in a big way soon. My heart hurts to think about all the games I sold for next to nothing at the pawn shops and game stores back when I was younger! I also just got myself a CDX so I'll be checking out all the CD games I missed. Cheers!

Over 1700 games spreadout over 27 systems.

But to be fair I bought out some video game stores over the years when they were closing or getting rid of old stock. Bought over 200 Genesis and Super Nes games for less than .30 cents a piece one time. Thankfully there were not to many stickers or markers that would not come off.
