Default T-Mek with 9 games on ebay.

I know T-Mek seems to be a heavily sought out title on the 32X. I though I'd post this sale, for anyone that was interested in bidding.

There's also a couple of loose cart deals for under $30.

And the winning bid was $68.

Yeah T-mek isnt quite so sought after. I got mine CIB for maybe $35 or $40 shipped a few years back...I thought even that was too much. For some reason, a euro T-Mek seems to be worth a fortune, even though the only real difference is a purple label.

No, the real difference is that the European version is extremely rare.

Indeed, there's how many PAL copies known to exist? It's something like less than 15 IIRC. Same with Primal Rage.

Why would they even bother to make only 15 copies of the PAL version? Was it some kind of a promotional deal?

T-Mek is pretty uncommon, but still surfaces pretty regularly. I give up when it comes to looking at PAL titles for the 32X, some of them are just so expensive compared to their American cousins.

PAL offering factually no in-game purpose or function on some, makes it even worse. Paying that much more for game containing world data chips inside.

I remember years ago, the PC version of T-Mek was common as fuck in bargain bins. However, the 32X version isn't as common, or as good. I think I passed up a few copies, no regrets though. US ones obviously.

Yeah, I've played T-Mek through emulation. It's not really that great of a game.

I wish I would have seen this auction before it ended. That's a decent price for that lot. It seems like decent deals hardly ever happen on eBay anymore.

They're there if you're patient. I picked up a lot of nine 32X games, most of them CIB, for $40 shipped at the end of 2011. And one of them -- the one in best shape, as it fortuitously turned out! -- was Pitfall.

And, if you would have seen the auction the first time it was up, you would have won it for $25.

"NO ONE" bid the first time the guy listed it. I meant to, but I forgot about it. You won the second listing of it. I was exceededly surprised at both outcomes.

Yeah, I saw that it was a re-list! I have no idea what happened there, except that his feedback had a couple blemishes and some...intense...outbursts. (I'm not sure whether the people who negged him were actually trying to cheat him...but in his rebuttals, he certainly didn't, uh, hold back on letting everyone know what he thought of them.)

I guess it was just a bizarro blip in the space-time continuum. Here's hoping for a similar blip that lets me cheaply pick up T-Mek, which is the one I want most out of the 32X games I don't have. Sega-16's own kaw_biker recently sold a copy at a great price, which I was sorry to miss.

(I'm less sussed about Knuckles Chaotix and Spider-Man:WOF, the main rares I still need -- along with WSB, for which I refuse to pay more than $10, since it's garbage.)
