Default Weird colors after encoder reinstall

I decided to put my VA3 Non-TMSS Genesis back together. I had stole some caps, video encoder and voltage regs. off it for another project.
After putting it all back together it works but I have a weird on screen colors.

What did I leave out or screw up?

Red is gone. Check CXA input pins and their circuitry. Should be pin 2 or 4
