The version that I have is really good, however it seems incomplete since the 2 player mode doesn't work. Was this homebrew abandoned before completion or do I just have an outdated rom?

Looks like jaklub was thinking of moving to SegaCD and then stopped posting in SpriteMind about August of last year. Doesn't look too bright for updates.

That's unfortunate.
It seems that whenever homebrewers/hackers try to port to the Sega CD it's the death of the project.

Which is weird because you gain CD audio tracks and it's not hard to find companies to duplicate CDs for you. Originally Posted by djshok

However there are way more sega genesis compared to sega cd and by making a game for the genesis there are alot more people that may want to buy it compared to a sega cd game so the increase of cost to make the pcb and buy the flash memory offsets that with more buyers.

It's dead simple to compile a SegaCD binary in BasiEgaXorz. I suspect it wasn't that easy for him on the C side.
