Yes, it's a fair price for Gaiares. It's a fairly common game, but not as common as something like Sonic 2. It should not be much more than US$10 (maybe $15?) CIB. So, $4 for cart only is okay.

I think this may one of those carts that spikes whilst one's back is turned, like Truxton. Maybe $15 on a good day or for rough shape. I see more like $25 CIB and $10 loose.
